From workshop
One of the first things we tried was putting on a workshop that aimed to help people diagnosed with depression or who came into contact with them. The speaker was excellent and really knows what he is talking about. He should do. He has suffered from depression himself and as a family doctor he has supported many people who have been diagnosed as being depressed. We still have a few books and DVDs from that workshop.
